Love handles are those ugly pockets of fat that stick out on each of your sides. At some point in the day, they are in your way or on your mind. The best thing about walking is that it is something you can do without changing too much of your daily life. If you are used to taking an elevator each day, try taking the stairs instead. When you go to work, instead of parking extremely close to the parking lot, try parking farther away so that you have a longer distance to walk. When you go to the store or mall, you can also practice this. When you get home, try going for a brisk walk that lasts about 20-30 minutes.

2. Another thing you can do is increase how much protein you take in while also decreasing the amount of calories and carbohydrates you eat each day. This is probably the more difficult part. You can find many recipes that are low-carb if you're willing to take a little time and look for them. Try staying away from the processed junk food that is so prevalent in our society today.
