Restrict your diet a little bit. You don't have to count calories to lose ten pounds in ten days but you do have to get into healthy eating habits. Fix up your portion sizes so that you eat just enough to feel satisfied and eat every three hours.

Start eating healthy leaner foods like salmon, turkey burgers, peanut butter, and baked beans. There is not much of a chance you will lose ten pounds in ten days if you can't stay away from junk food.

Start being more active. It really helps to go for random walks during the day. Whenever you find yourself just sitting around you should try to do some kind of light exercise. The trick is to do light exercising frequently throughout the day. If you get sweaty then you are working yourself too hard.
