A lot of people these days are in too much of a hurry in the morning to eat breakfast but they say that this is the most important meal of the day in your diet.
Why Should We Eat Breakfast
It is a known fact that people who don't eat breakfast lose nutrients that their bodies need throughout the day. These people tend to eat more fat throughout the day and bigger meals.
With eating a breakfast on a regular basis you are encouraging your body into a healthy eating pattern of three meals a day this encourages regular eating habits and research shows that people who have breakfast are less likely to have weight problems in the future.

Regular breakfast eaters adults and kids alike when they eat a regular breakfast they get better test results in college or school than people who don't eat breakfast. See how important it is to keep eating a regular breakfast.
The Best Breakfast To Eat
The best breakfast should be carbohydrate or starchy foods example: cereal, and bread this will raise your bodies sugar levels. Starchy foods contain fiber and releases energy slowly.
In the morning I eat yogurt or milk (protein in Milk) and breakfast cereals this helps build my muscles up, then I have orange juice which is vitamin C and it makes me feel a lot better than not having breakfast. I am so used to having breakfast now I don't think I can go without it anymore.
Large Breakfast
You don't need to eat a big breakfast every morning this makes you feel lazy and tired after eating large breakfast in the morning. So avoid fry ups this is high in fat and not good for you. I always remember my father eating sausage bacon and eggs in the morning for breakfast it was not healthy when you consider what you should be having today.
Stable Diet
This is a good start for anyone who wants to stay on a stable diet and keep their weight under control at all times. Everyone should incorporate a healthy breakfast eating habits into their daily diets. Once you have started to eat breakfast in this way its so easy to keep up because it makes you feel a lot better in the mornings. Remember this when you are pouring milk over your breakfast in the morning, the milk is a good source of B12 and calcium which will give you stronger bones.
